Remote design is possible because we provide a structured measurement guide—not because we pretend unverified dimensions are guaranteed.

What you should know

Your concept is created from the measurements and site information you provide. Before materials are ordered or construction begins, all dimensions, obstructions and site conditions must be field-verified by the homeowner, contractor or Rustic Creations Design Co. through an added local measurement service.

We guarantee the quality and consistency of our design work. We cannot guarantee measurements or site conditions we did not personally verify.

Before you start.

Is the $500 package a construction plan?

No. The base package is a custom concept-design and planning service. It provides a strong visual and dimensional starting point, but measurements and site conditions must be verified before construction. More detailed drawings can be added when appropriate.

Can you design a project outside Michigan?

Yes. Remote clients follow our guided measurement and photography process. We can also meet by video to review the room, clarify measurements and discuss the design.

What if my project is larger than one wall?

Additional walls and areas can be added to your package. Kitchens, multi-room projects and unusually complex designs receive a custom proposal after we review the scope.

Can my contractor use the finished design?

Yes. The design can communicate the intended layout, proportions and appearance to your contractor. Your contractor remains responsible for verifying dimensions, construction methods, codes and site conditions before building.

Can Rustic Creations Design Co. still build my project?

For projects within our service area, you may request a separate construction proposal from Rustic Creations Design Co. Purchasing design services does not obligate you to use Rustic Creations Design Co. for fabrication or installation.
